Armando and Emanuela will bring you in their own universe, that of dairies in the enchanting apulian streets. You will have the opportunity to see and taste first-hand the unique flavor of the freshly prepared steaming mozzarella.
And for the more curious, it will be possible to try to shape the mozzarella with your own hands!
The Mozzarella Live Show includes:
- Explanation of the basic techniques for dairy production.
- Tasting of the products (mozzarella, stracciatella, burrata, ricotta, primo sale).
- Italian aperitif - the freshly made cheeses will be served in the traditional Apulian versions: with bread, cherry tomatoes, oregano, olives, olive oil, anchovies.
- The quantity of cheeses produced on the spot will be sufficient for a substantial aperitif.
